Terms of Service

By creating an account or using MyCashStory, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms apply to all users including founders, operators, and any other individuals who access MyCashStory.

MyCashStory generates AI-powered financial narratives, projections, and scenario analyses using your transaction data. THIS IS NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE. Specifically: • Runway calculations are estimates based on historical data and do not predict the future • AI-generated narratives may contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate interpretations • Scenario projections are illustrative models, not guarantees • Nothing on this platform should be used as the sole basis for financial decisions LogosBloom Inc. is not a registered financial advisor, investment advisor, accountant, or lawyer. For financial decisions, consult a qualified professional. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK from reliance on information provided by MyCashStory.

MyCashStory provides: • AI-powered cash flow narrative generation from bank transaction data • Runway and burn rate calculation tools • Financial scenario planning ("what-if" modelling) • Bank account connection via Plaid (read-only) • Monthly and weekly financial summary emails • Data export in JSON and CSV formats We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

You are responsible for: • Keeping your login credentials secure • All activity that occurs under your account • Providing accurate information at signup • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access at hello@mycashstory.app You must be at least 18 years of age to use MyCashStory. By creating an account you represent that you are 18 or older.

MyCashStory offers the following plans: • Free: Limited features, no credit card required • Starter: $19 USD/month — includes email alerts and additional scenarios • Pro: $39 USD/month — includes unlimited scenarios and AI narratives Annual billing: Available at a 25% discount. Billed upfront for 12 months. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Cancel Subscription. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Payment processing: All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Taxes: Prices are shown in USD. Applicable taxes (including Canadian GST/HST) may be added based on your location.

Your data belongs to you. You grant LogosBloom Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to process your data solely to provide the MyCashStory service. We do not claim ownership of your financial data, scenarios, or narratives. You retain full ownership of all data you input into MyCashStory. AI-generated content: Narratives, projections, and analyses generated by MyCashStory using your data are provided for your use. LogosBloom Inc. does not claim copyright over AI-generated outputs derived from your data. Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by LogosBloom Inc. to improve the service without obligation or compensation to you.

You agree not to: • Use MyCashStory for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code • Circumvent any security or access controls • Use the service to harm, defraud, or deceive others • Submit false or misleading information • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data at scale • Resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission • Use the service in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation

MyCashStory connects to your bank via Plaid Technologies, Inc. By connecting your bank you agree to Plaid's End User Privacy Policy (plaid.com/legal). Key terms of the bank connection: • The connection is read-only — MyCashStory can never move money or initiate transactions • Your bank credentials are entered directly with your bank via Plaid's secure interface and are never seen by MyCashStory or LogosBloom Inc. • You may disconnect your bank at any time via Settings → Integrations • Transaction data is retained until you delete your account or disconnect the bank

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: LogosBloom Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or financial loss arising from: • Your reliance on AI-generated financial narratives or projections • Inaccurate calculations resulting from incomplete or incorrect data • Service interruptions or data loss • Third-party service failures (Plaid, Stripe, Supabase, Anthropic, xAI) Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to LogosBloom Inc. in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability — in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of MyCashStory shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ontario courts. Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at legal@mycashstory.app to attempt resolution in good faith.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do: • The "Last updated" date at the top will be changed • For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect • Continued use of MyCashStory after changes take effect constitutes acceptance If you do not agree with updated Terms, you may cancel your account before the changes take effect.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 24 hours (except payment records retained for legal compliance).
